About this villa rental
This villa is a stunning home overlooking the sea with a special history, designed by the owners, Engineer Marcello and his wife, Architect Anna Maria, for their large family. Thanks to Marcello’s engineering expertise, it was built into the rock and nestled amid the Mediterranean scrub; Anna Maria’s impeccable taste did the rest, making this home truly one of a kind. Nothing is left to chance, and anyone lucky enough to enjoy these spaces will feel as if they’re in a fairy tale.
The villa features convenient parking for up to three cars right next to the entrance, from where a staircase leads down to the main door. The expertly tended garden conceals intimate terraces where you can sunbathe or admire the stunning sunsets silhouetted against the sea. You’ll also have exclusive access to a rocky beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, where you can freely enjoy the magnificent turquoise sea. The sandy beach is located just 350 meters away and can be reached with a short walk.
The pool is an intimate corner of paradise where you can unwind in complete relaxation—HEATED FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER
Inside, the house features all the amenities, such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and unique spots from which to admire the sea through large windows that frame the landscape like a painting. Everyone will have their own space, and the four large bedrooms offer a cozy retreat where you can rest in complete silence.
The wonderful terrace will be the gathering place where you can enjoy lunch and dinner overlooking the spectacular Sardinian sea.
The kitchen and three bathrooms were renovated a few months ago, combining elegance with comfort and practicality.
The kitchen overlooks the terrace, and a small adjacent outdoor kitchen set into a convenient marble countertop is an excellent solution for cooking outdoors while keeping odors and smoke at bay.
This villa will not only be your vacation home but a true experience that will stay with you long after you return home.
Tatiana and Luca, the CoHosts who will be taking care of the guests, are at your disposal to recommend the best restaurants and beaches, organize wonderful sailing trips or traditional Sardinian dinners served on the villa’s terrace.
The villa is located within a large resort consisting of many other villas and homes scattered across a vast area. Inside the village, you’ll find a mini-market with a well-stocked deli, fresh fruit and vegetables, a fish market, and a pizzeria-restaurant.
We recommend using a car, as the shops are just a few minutes away by car; walking there is a bit of a long walk. The Da Palmira store offers home delivery for both groceries and restaurant meals. If you’re looking for a vacation dedicated to total relaxation, far away from everyone and everything, there are services that allow you to stay here even without a car.
We can arrange transfers to and from the airport or day trips.
The villa features a separate area away from the main house dedicated to service staff, complete with a bedroom and bathroom. Upon request, you can have dedicated local service staff during your stay to handle cooking, cleaning, or babysitting.

We had an excellent stay with Taty. She went above and beyond for us to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The house was clean, well kept, and without frills. The X factor for the home was the view and access to the water. Taty went so far and beyond for us she was able to get a pediatrician to the house to check out our sons suspected ear infection within a few hours of us asking if she could recommend nearby doctor for this. She also provided a very comprehensive guide for the area to help keep us entertained- but laughably we barely left the house except to go to the nearby grocer (5-10 minutes by car) for supplies. The ocean was superb- for us the waters were very clear and calm 80% days we were there. Though access to the water is down a hundred or so stairs with a rocky entry, we still found it largely accessible. Some items of note for this location:-We brought our 19 month old son along and we had to be very careful with him. Lots of stairs, low walls, definitely made it work but it did take some effort to keep him contained in safer areas, particularly on the patios. -If you take one piece of my advice, please hire Graziella to cook for you at least one night. She is an outstanding chef and an even sweeter person. Brings a helper as well to serve and clean up. It really took our trip to the next level eating on the patio with the view and her serving some of the most delicious food we’ve ever had -Every single one of Taty’s recs were excellent
