The villa is located in a very elegant and exclusive condominium, about 300 meters from a beautiful private sandy beach. Equipped with every comfort, it features a stunning courtyard in the traditional Sardinian style and has been tastefully decorated.
There is a large barbecue, an outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking.
The villa is perfect for families with children, and pets are welcome.
Capo Boi is a slice of heaven, and the villa is so special that you’ll fall in love with it. It’s located in a very elegant condominium with a private beach and beautiful villas, each with its own garden, spaced well apart from one another.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, arranged in the typical Sardinian U-shape around a stunning courtyard. It has been tastefully decorated by my parents and features a magical blend of colors and objects from all over the world. It has a unique charm. There are so many outdoor areas—under the gazebo, on the sofas—that relaxing will be a breeze!
In the 3,000-square-meter garden, in addition to plenty of flowering plants, we have a vegetable garden, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and private parking. The condo has an automatic gate with a security guard at the entrance.
