About this villa rental
The villa is located in a closed road, it is independent with a garden on 4 sides and a private and direct descent to the sea (rocks not sand). It is located on one level with the exception of the annex. The villa is located facing the sea, and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the gulf from a large terrace.
Inside:
3 double bedrooms,
1 double room,
living room with fireplace,
separate kitchen,
2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower).
In the depandance: single room with living room (single sofa bed + pull-out bed that becomes a double bed next to it), kitchenette, bathroom with shower.
Water: gas water heater.
Wellness: air conditioning (in all rooms, including the kitchen).
Cooking: crockery, cutlery, cookware, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric oven, nespresso coffee machine, various robots and juicer.
Exteriors: terrace, porch, solarium, garden around the house (olive trees, Mediterranean scrub and green lawn), direct descent to the cove, 2 brick barbecues, sunbeds, outdoor furniture, 2 outdoor showers, deck chairs, 3 parking spaces.
Cleaning: hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, ironing board, drying rack, dishwasher, washing machine.
Entertainment: TV, Sky decoder, radio.
NB: Electricity is paid separately: meter reading is provided (1 kwh = 0.25 Euro)

Super relaxing holidays. The location was quiet and silent. The view was amazing. Having dinner at sunset with the sea view on the patio was incredible.

What a fabulous villa for a holiday by the sea in Sardinia. Monica was especially helpful in preparations and planning for the holiday. The villa itself has stunning views across the bay especially at sunset - and a lovely veranda to enjoy them from. The garden, roof and even by the sea has a large selection of sun beds to relax on. It is a steep climb down to the sea, but the water is crystal clear and a fabulous swim/snorkel. Sadly the wind got up for one of our days there that made swimming and the veranda a bit rough but we found alternative locations. Strongly recommended!

This vacation home was amazing- it is difficult to figure out what to praise first! There are so many wonderful things about this home and its location. The photos on VRBO are accurate but the house is much better in reality than the photos. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is so much to observe from there! Sailboats and boats coming in and out of the cove, fleeting glimpses of dolphins, views of two beaches, swallows, tortoises, paddle boarders, people swimming and snorkeling. All this is going on below, but the house is very private. The garden is large
The house was immaculately clean and well- decorated in a very Italian/Mediterranean style. There are plenty of dishes and cooking supplies, but very good restaurants within a couple kilometers if you want a break from cooking.
We got a lot of exercise by walking around the area- be sure to use the many pedestrian staircases to avoid always walking on the road. You can walk to the nearest beach in less than 10 minutes by walking down the road and then a staircase. We mostly swam and snorkeled at the house by going down the house’s private staircase. We also were able to rent an inflatible paddleboard (SUP) and kayak in Cagliari that we used many times, though carrying them (in a backpack) up and down the stairs was a “great” workout.
Monica, the host, was available at all times via texting, and provided us with a great deal of information before and during our trip.
