Very beautiful villa, 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 2 km from the centre of Villasimius, in the district Campolongu, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 50 m from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: outdoor shower. Private: large, beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees. Tennis, boules, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop "via Roma La Lanterna" 3 km, railway station "Cagliari" 55 km, ferry "Cagliari" 55 km, sandy beach "Dei Bambini e delle conchiglie" 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 3 km, Costa Rei 15 km, Mari Pintau 35 km, Cagliari 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required]. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Animals in the neighbourhood. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
