This Villa is located in Perla Marina. Residential area on the sea with exclusive access to the owners or residents of the villas only. It is certainly the most beautiful and peaceful area of the entire coast of Pula, a wide beach with white sand, clear sea which, given its position, is not subject to the presence of algae. Ideal location for a family with children. The communion is spread over seven parallel avenues that all go to the sea, with a single access from S. 195 to km 40,000 closed by an electric gate. At short distances there are the essential services such as market, fish shop, butcher, newspapers, tobacconists, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, which can also be reached on foot through internal roads

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer mit einen wunderschönen Garten mit grünen Rasen und Palmen mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das offene Meer! Es gibt viele Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, man findet zu jeder Tageszeit einen gemütlichen Platz im Schatten!

The villa is stunning, well maintained and beautifully presented. Everything you need for your holiday is provided with the villa. There are different areas for seating inside and multiple areas outside. The garden is very well maintained and provides an incredible ‘frame’ to the sea view. You can walk on the beach and if you go south you can walk directly on the coast path, which traverses the coast line. We would highly recommend staying at the villa. Stefano is very helpful and always available if you have any questions or queries. We stayed there in the quiet season and pretty much had the beach to ourselves.

Ein lohnendes Objekt in einer Top-Lage.
Zu meckern gibt es hier wenig, nur lässt bei dem Preis der allgemeine Zustand etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wie überall in Italien wird in den guten Lagen zu wenig investiert, da ist schon mal eine Sockelleiste oder Fliese ab, oder die Reinigungszustand ist nicht so wie er bei 300€ Endreinigung sein müsste. Aber alles in allem lohnenswert.

Sehr schönes Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage direkt am Meer (exakt wie auf den Fotos des Portals zu erkennen) mit einem herrlich großen Garten, der über viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten verfügt. Freundlicher Vermieter sowie ein zusätzlicher kompetenter und sehr netter, englischsprachiger Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das Haus bietet alles für einen phantastischen Urlaub. Ein Auto oder Fahrräder für das Erreichen einiger hervorragender Restaurants im Umkreis von 10km sind notwendig.
