About this villa rental
Wonderful village surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub a few kilometers from Cagliari and the wonderful beaches of southern Sardinia.
Through an uphill road immersed in an intense green of various gradations, you will find yourself in a pleasant place, far from everything, where the chirping of birds and the leaves cradled by the wind are the masters.
It will be easy to enjoy all the comforts that the village offers including the 9 double Suites with en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, the Tennis Court, the Outdoor and Indoor Pool, the Sauna, the Turkish Bath, the Conference Room, the Church, the Billiard Room and the huge terrace
The main structure is spread over 4 levels:
On the first floor the large living room consisting of 3 reading areas with elegant lounges and the large terrace from which to admire the valley to the sea.
On the second floor the sleeping area with 4 double Suites with en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
On the ground floor there are 5 Double Suites with en suite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub and the Conference Room for 50 people.
In the basement, the wellness area with bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and dead sea effect swimming pool.
Guests will live an unforgettable experience in contact with the uncontaminated nature that surrounds the village and will be able to enjoy all the spaces and services of the property: the Tennis Court, the Stables, the Outdoor and Indoor Pool, the Sauna, the Turkish Bath, the Conference Room, the Church, the Billiard Room, the immense terrace, will be the places to spend relaxing but at the same time fun days with family and friends.

The owner's house, the stables and the caretaker's house, are located inside the property in independent buildings.
