Villa Caterina

Villa Caterina is the perfect choice if you are looking for peace, privacy, a charming home, and an excellent location to explore southern Sardinia. The house has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, there is a fantastic barbecue area, plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and great entertainment options such as table tennis and table football. The air conditioning works perfectly and keeps the entire house pleasantly cool, even during the hottest summer days. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—if anything, even better in person. The pool is wonderful, with both sunny and shaded areas, allowing you to relax comfortably throughout the day while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. One of our favorite moments was simply sitting by the pool, listening to the wind in the trees and the birds singing. The tranquility of the setting made our stay truly special. A car is essential, but the location is ideal for discovering the region. Cagliari, Pula, the stunning beaches of Teulada, and many other beautiful destinations across southern and southwestern Sardinia are all within easy reach. Even the southeastern coast is accessible for a day trip if you don't mind driving a little further. A special mention goes to our host, Anna. She is an incredibly warm, kind, and thoughtful person who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Together with Davide, she was always available to help, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and shared a detailed guide with useful information about the area, places to visit, and everything we needed to know about the property. We would highly recommend Villa Caterina to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Sardinia. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home, and we would happily stay there again on a future visit to this beautiful island.

Sehr geräumige, gepflegte Villa mit Pool und toller Terrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet und recht sauber. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist.

Ferienhaus etwas abseits gelegen und etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Auf Auto ist man unbedingt angewiesen, auch für kleine Einkäufe. Ruhige Lage wurde leider durch anhaltendes und lautes Hundegebell (vor allem abends und teils nachts) gestört.

Przepiękny i duży dom idealny dla kogoś kto pragnie ciszy i spokoju. Dom jest doskonale wyposażony i tak samo kuchnia. Na najniższym piętrze jest stół do Ping ponga, piłkarzyki oraz w domu dużo zabawek dla dzieci. Na tarasie grill a tak naprawdę dwa grille. Cudowne miejsce ! Właścicielka Anna to wspaniała i przemiła kobieta która z chęcią służyła pomocą. Na pewno wrócę w to miejsce !!
