the only good thing was the spa

rooms smelled very bad, breakfast was very low even for Bulgarian standards, restaurant prices were absurd. its weird that the spa works only from 14:00 to 18:00

It was ok. A bit expensive for the hotel.

the spa zone was ok. the room was unexpectedly big. the location was ok.

- THE BREAKFAST!!! it was so poor that I cannot define it as breakfast at all - CHEAP , extremely low quality food. all the guests were shocked. the things like croissants were brought one by one, if someone take some. - old furniture and bath clothes - no one took care of us , like for cleaning or smth else… - The working hours : the sauna was working btw 14-18h, when the pool has working hours ~9-20 - The paying details : For some reason an option for one guest in double room has been available and I have book this one instead of the initially searched by me - double room for two people. Why should I even see the first option (the one I wrongly choose) when I’m searching for 2 persons ? The annoying part is that now we should pay the taxes for the second person in the hotel, but not to pay the difference according to the booking com price (aprox 8 lv…), but the one that the reception offers onsite (around 20lv). Hence, it was absolutely useless to book trough the site. plus, the rest should be cash payed since there is no POS terminal there, as confirmed over phone by the polite receptionist… I really don’t get the point.

We did like the spa center, the courtesy of the staff, the location and the food in the restaurant

The hotel is a bit old fashioned and there are some details that would need to be updated, but in general is a very good quality for the price you pay

Superb

Hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Room was warm enough and the bed was comfortable. Spa facilities and mineral pool was enough and good.

Breakfast was poor in my opinion but it was enough for Bulgarian standart.

Preporucujem hotel za parove za opustanje. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je dobar.

Dopala nam se lokacija. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno. Apartman je bio izuzetno veliki, komforan. Bilo je i vise nego dovoljno mesta za stvari. Krevet je bio veliki i udoban.Spa deo nije veliki ali je sasvim dovoljan za opustanje.

Potrebno je krecenje sobe zbog pojave vlage.

Много удобна локация, любезен персонал. Има всичко необходимо в стаята- хладилник, чаши, маса, диван, удобна, голяма. СПА- разполага с парна баня(по-нарядко се включва, трябва изчакване), сауна, чудесно джакузи, топло басейнче. За не голям хотел има всичко, което е нужно за почивка, цените са добри. Доволни сме.

Може би малко по-богата закуска, но не е нещо съществено като минус.

Добро преживяване

Хареса ни размера на стаята, помещението беше чисто и свежо. Персонала беше изключително любезен и услужлив. Басейна беше приятен, а атмосферата - спокойна.

Имаше проблем със санитарния възел, носеше се неприятна миризма. Отделно, кранчетата в банята бяха ръждясали. Ако изключим тези малки детайлчета, всичко останало беше повече от хубаво. Препоръчвам басейна!
