This is an upscale 2,605 sq ft, 2-level, home with a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table in the garage. Hot Tub. Gas BBQ. and a spot for 1 car in the garage with more in the driveway. Kick your feet up and enjoy your summer inside, with the multitude of windows surrounding the open concept Livingroom, Kitchen, and Dining Room. Giving you an airy, home away from home feel.
Level 1:
The main level of the home has a siting, room, living room and Kitchen plus a 3/4 bath with shower and two bedrooms.
Kitchen:
The kitchen overlooks the living area. It features beautiful knotty pine cabinets and stone countertops with stainless steel appliances including a glass top stove.
Dining:
Just off the kitchen is the dining area with a table that seats 6. Four more can sit at the kitchen bar. A door leads off the dining area to the deck and the gas BBQ for easy grill access.
Living Area:
The Living area features a large stone faced gas fireplace and Flatscreen TV. Sink into the soft leather couch and chair for a time of relaxing.
Sitting Area:
The sitting area is right off the entrance and features a couch, chair and TV. It connects to the kitchen so grab your snack and settle in.
Downstairs Bedrooms:
The first two bedrooms are located downstairs; The Primary with a King-sized bed and attached En Suite and the other with a Queen.
Level 2:
The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs which all share a Full bath. There's one bedroom with a King bed and a sofa bed. The second bedroom has a Bunk bed and a Sofa bed which makes a great kids' hangout. The last bedroom has a Queen bed.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

We had 3 generations staying and it was a wonderful home for our needs! Loved the ping pong table in the garage and the layout was great for those that couldn’t handle stairs.
Our only suggestions are more baking trays and more glass dishes like Pyrex baking dishes. When cooking for a large group we had to wash things in the middle of cooking since there were only two of each. Also- which may be a Casacara issue, there were lots of extra pillows, but no extra pillow cases and only one towel per person and less wash clothes/hand towels. Even just a few extra would have been appreciated. Overall, wonderful home. Thanks for letting us stay!

16 Poplar is a perfect house for large families. Plenty of bedrooms, nice open living and kitchen area.
We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, and yet close to Fort Rock Park, Sharc, and
Village.
Yes, it was great for our family!!!

In all my years of renting at Sunriver this home is in my top 3. Having 3 teenagers space is gold and this home is setup very well to allow everyone to not only have their own space but also works well for everyone to gather around the fire and watch a movie. This home also allowed me to continue to "work from home" with its 5th bedroom which was critical during this trip.Some suggestions for improvement: - place "room darkening" blinds on east side of home to help with sunrise light for folks who want to sleep in.- upgrade the modem so guests can experience stronger wi-fi thoughout the home.- advise Cascara Rental to update their key "check in/check out" to a more progressive electronic system as handling physical keys is cumbersome and lends to losing or misplacing them.Again - phenomenal home and use of space....I will definitely rent again!
