Description:
Unique and delightful, this very spacious 4-level home has vaulted ceilings and natural wood accents throughout the house, floor to ceiling, it is the classic style of Sunriver vacation home. This home has a lot of open and bright spaces making it perfect for your retreat from the modern world! Poplar 35 has a mix of updated amenities and features such as stainless steel appliances but has retained its integrity as a classically styled Sunriver vacation home. The main floor has the living and dining areas on it. as well as the kitchen, breakfast nook, the sunroom, and a bathroom. For your outdoor entertainment, you will find a gas BBQ and a large deck. You will also find a delightful attached sunroom to kick back, relax, and soak in some sunshine.

Main Level:
You'll enter the home via a solarium with outdoor style furniture to enjoy some sun without being outside. The main floor has a large open living area with fireplace and dining plus the kitchen, a 3/4 hall bath and large bedroom with King bed. From just past the kitchen, you can head downstairs to the basement, upstairs or out to the Hot Tub.

Basement Level:
This is a full entrainment area with pool table, Foosball, a full-on bar (beverages not provided), a large comfy couch, Flatscreen TV. There is also the Laundry room and a 3/4 bath with shower downstairs

Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs is a large landing with seating, a library of books, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV. The majority of the bedrooms are on this floor.
Upstairs Bedroom 1: The first bedroom on the right through beautiful double doors has a King bed and attached En Suite with double vanity.
Upstairs Bedroom 2: Past the Loft ladder is the second bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Twin. There's a Samsung flatscreen TV with Cable.

Left off the Landing is a hall with 2 more bedrooms and a 3/4 Bath with shower

Upstairs 3/4 Bath: Down the hall on the left is the 3/4 bath with double vanity and a shower
Upstairs Bedroom 3: On the right in the hall is a a Bedroom with a King bed. Straight across the Hall is the Full Bath.
Upstairs Bedroom 4: At the end of the hall is a bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed

Up the Ladder tot he Loft:
The loft is accessed up a ladder and has a 2 Double beds and two Twins in it.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
