As first-time Sunriver visitors, we had a lot of questions about activities available, the surrounding area for golf/hiking as well as other inquiries. The Bennington team was always very fast to answer via text message. The home was fantastic, the bike paths were awesome and the river was beautiful!

Our family experience was great at 6 Modoc!! The home was spacious and well set up with lots of seating and the 3 kings within-suite was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the ping pong ,darts and walking trails. Kitchen was well equipped and had a regular coffee maker and Keurig that was not advertised but a nice surprise. The home has a nice patio area and BBQ. Great experience!

Overall summary for us, 3 adults, one baby and two dogs was excellent. Beautiful spacious accommodations! Garage was an unexpected plus with ease of getting baby gear unloaded. No detail was forgotten from equipment, laundry and kitchen items. Thank you for a wonderful stay and excellent accommodations. Wish you the best! Mary , Nate, Hannah and baby Riley.

I would give another 10 stars if I could! The property was lovely, very clean & spacious. The communication ahead of our reservation was friendly, efficient and professional. Special shout out to Colton who noticed we were in town to celebrate a graduate in the family and put together a gift for him. He loved it!
