Mt. Rose 9 is a spacious Sunriver retreat where comfort, thoughtful design, and plenty of room to gather come together beautifully. With five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and room for up to 12 guests, this home is especially well suited for family vacations, multi-generational stays, and groups who want to enjoy Sunriver without feeling crowded.

The reverse-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where tall ceilings and a wall of windows fill the great room with natural light. A gas fireplace brings warmth to cooler evenings, while air conditioning keeps summer days comfortable. Radiant-heated stained concrete floors add another thoughtful touch, especially on crisp Central Oregon mornings.

The kitchen is designed for a full house. More than 25 feet of granite counter space, a five-burner gas cooktop, convection oven, and a well-stocked collection of cookware and utensils make everything from pancake breakfasts to celebratory dinners easy to prepare. The dining table seats 12, while the large deck offers another inviting place to gather around the gas barbecue and enjoy a meal beneath the pines.

Main Level
Bedroom One features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two also offers a king bed with its own private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Three includes a third king bed and private ensuite bathroom, giving couples and multi-generational groups plenty of privacy. Bedroom Four features a full bed and offers a comfortable retreat for an additional guest or couple. A half bathroom is also conveniently located on the main level.

Downstairs
Bedroom Five is the bunk room, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that make it an easy favorite for kids, cousins, or friends traveling together.

A media room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa, along with another comfortable place to relax.

The bonus room adds even more room to spread out, complete with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave for movie snacks, late-night treats, and casual evenings in.

Each bedroom has its own TV, while high-speed wireless and hardwired internet make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Outside, more than 800 square feet of deck space invites you to slow down and enjoy the setting. Begin the morning with coffee among the pines, linger over dinner outdoors, or settle in for an evening drink as the light fades through the trees.

The private hot tub sits on a secluded patio, offering a quiet place to unwind after a day of biking, hiking, or exploring Sunriver. Six adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to set out along the community's scenic pathways, while the ping pong table keeps the friendly competition going back at home.

Mt. Rose 9 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
