This house has good space for 12 people. The pool table and game table were nice to have.The kitchen appliances are old. The carpet needs replacing. If they upgrade some things we let them know about this house has potential of being great. The location is good.

Loved the layout. Big open spaces, but potential for separation as folks wanted to do different activities. Pool table, ping pong, well appointed kitchen, and good media options we're all awesome, and made the place a winner compared to other homes we've stayed in SR. Our only issues were that the hot tub (tho well maintained and pleasant) was in an enclosed and covered room, and the appliances were super dated (tho, again they all worked well).

Property was dated, but perfectly fine for a single family or guys trip. Good central Sunriver location, right in the middle of everything. Needs updating and bigger tv's. House had both fireplaces under construction which led to a discounted rate that I had to ask for because I wasn't informed until 8 days before we were set to make the trip that they wouldn't be completed in time, which is half of the reason for it not getting all 5 stars. Other reason aside from the dated appliances/furnishings was it was dusty.

Convenient location! Paddle boarding in local lakes, and river- close to Mountain bike trails- we tried some blue trails and they were awesome! Close enough to Bend to enjoy some shopping and eating there when we wanted.

This was a great house to stay in with a large group. There were 11 of us and we all slept comfortably and were able to gather in the open living/dining rooms together without feeling tight on space. We especially enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of all the plates, cups, and pots and pans we could ever need. The only downside was that the carpet provoked allergies for several in the group. Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay and made it easy to spend a day at the Painted Hills and explore the high desert!

This was a great place. so much room for all of us. great, quiet neighborhood. the house itself was way better than we expected. everything we needed and more. we went to snowboard/ski for the week and it was perfect. the hot tub was awesome to relax in after a day of skiing. we really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotub. definitely recommend and will be back.

The house was clean and did not have any visual surprises. I mention this because the home is very dated with wall paper, etc. however that is illustrated in the photos. However, what was not illustrated in the photos or mentioned anywhere is that the Main bedroom (Primary?) is like being in a cave. There is zero lighting in there. A few small table lamps have been put in the room but are far from sufficient. I had to leave the TV on just for the ambient glow. Even during the day it is dark in there. Also, the primary bedroom gets very warm in comparison to the rest of the house. Tried to open the window to cool it off but the window also does not open unless you basically get a crow bar out to pry it open. The house and its layout is in our top 5 favorites. We have stayed in SR for over 30 years. Lovely location and fun home design. Loved the two living rooms and two fireplaces!! Just gotta fix that master bedroom situation.

I actually never stayed in this house due to an electrical issue before we checked in, but they were able to get us moved into a different house in the same day and fulfill any special needs. The owner company were great with communication. Can’t confirm the house is 5 star but definitely suggest these people as a great place to rent from.

The is home has lots to entertain! Plenty of room and the bedrooms were all a very good size! We had 6 kids and 4 adults and never felt like we were crowded. Multiple places for the kids to play and the loop was quiet and perfect for them to ride bikes out front. We will definitely be saving this house and coming again!

A great house for an extended family of 11 and 1 dog. The house is on the bike path to Ft Rock Park, so the older kids could ride there in their own. The house has 2 living rooms, so there is plenty of room to spread out. I appreciated the responsiveness of the manager.

Had a great time stay here. We enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that this place has to offer, pool table, poker table, tennis table and the share passes. Gave it 4 stars because The bikes are in rough shape and need to be attending to . We did have to rent our own bikes. Beside that the place was wonderful.

A wonderful, well equipped and open home. Perfect for large groups. We loved cooking meals and eating at the dining table or out on the patio. The hot tub room is inside, which means less ventilation but it was still great. We will come back!

We loved this home and had such a great stay. We have been renting a different home every year in Sunriver for the past 10 years and this home is our favorite home so far. It is clean and immaculate, had plenty of space for everyone, is in an ideal location central to everything in Sunriver and it is so well stocked. We love the vintage Sunriver feel of original Sunriver homes and this home had that, but it is well kept up. We appreciated the bikes, the pool table and card table and used the deck every day. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Typical Sunriver 1980’s house that’s a bit dated, but it had everything we needed and more. Huge area’s for hanging out playing pool, games, and a separate living room. Huge garage for the bikes and ping pong. Well suited for a large group. We had 3 small families and it worked great. We love the location near ft park and just a short bike ride to the village or stables.
