Your mountain retreat awaits! Classic lodge style home with everything you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway. Tucked away in the trees between the Nature Center and Observatory and Fort Rock Park, this stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway.
On the main level you'll find an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, large living area with smart tv and gas fireplace, and the dining room. A king ensuite with bathroom and laundry room round out this level.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, all with their own baths, including a second king suite with attached bath and sleeper sofa, a queen bedroom, and bedroom with a queen and pyramid bunk. There's also a nice open loft area with sofa. All four bedrooms include smart TVs.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. This home sits on almost half an acre very close to the Deschutes River and just a 15 minute walk to Cardinal Bridge...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When you're ready to ride, hop on one of the 6 adult bikes included with this rental and peddle around the miles and miles of paved pathways in Sunriver. Close to fishing in pristine rivers and exploring nearby national parks, the possibilities for exploration are endless. We had a great stay at Aspen 17. The home was spacious, and the hot tub, garage, with pool table, ping pong and two upright video games were great for the kids, The Sharc passes were a huge plus. This home was adequately supplied in the large kitchen, The appliances worked well. The beds were fine with the exception of a plastic sheet and box spring on the queen bed upstairs. The hot tub was clean and hot. The two dogs enjoyed the yard, and fenced deck. The kids loved the bunk rm with a queen bed. The large king rm with a full hideabed was great! We enjoyed using the stack and the furniture on the decks! Very pleasant house and amenities. Thank you !
