Tumalo 11 is a spacious Sunriver retreat made for families and friends who like their vacations with plenty of room to gather and just as many ways to have fun. With four bedrooms, three separate living areas, a private hot tub, sauna, and an impressive game room, this home makes it easy for a large group to settle in without ever feeling crowded.

The reverse-living layout places the main gathering spaces upstairs, where the great room offers a comfortable setting for shared meals, movie nights, and evenings together. A wood-burning fireplace brings classic Sunriver warmth to cooler nights, while air conditioning keeps summer stays comfortable. A large TV with surround sound makes this an especially inviting place for the big game or a family movie night.

The entertainment continues in the rec room, where pool, shuffleboard, foosball, and an arcade game invite a little friendly competition. A second big-screen TV gives the group another place to spread out, while three distinct living areas mean there is always room for both lively gatherings and quieter moments.

A distributed audio system carries music throughout the kitchen, bonus room, hot tub, and deck areas, creating an easy backdrop for everything from morning coffee to evenings outdoors.

Main Level
Bedroom One is the primary suite and features a king bed, an additional bunk bed, and a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed, with a nearby guest bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Downstairs
Bedroom Three features a king bed. Bedroom Four is the bunk room, with a twin-over-twin bunk and a pyramid bunk with a twin over queen, creating a flexible setup for kids, cousins, or additional guests. Two full bathrooms serve the downstairs level.

After a full day exploring Central Oregon, slip into the private hot tub beneath the stars or spend a little time in the sauna before settling in for the evening. Whether your group gravitates toward the game room, movie night, or a quiet conversation by the fire, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the home in their own way.

Eleven adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to set out along Sunriver's scenic pathways and explore the community beneath the pines.

Tumalo 11 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
