The property was just as advertised but there were a few hidden jems. The back deck looks out to a private wooded area and then opens to a golf course it’s quiet, beautiful to look out on and has a great easy to use BBQ. The house was wonderfully stocked with everything we could possible want. Plenty of towels(including hot tub towels), tons of extra blankets, fans for every room, AC, a wonderful fireplace in the living room to flip on in the morning to enjoy with coffee and a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you could think of and I as large with new oven and dishwasher. The living room has comfy sofas and chairs and has alot of seating. We enjoyed the great 70 inch TV watching the US OPEN on Father’s Day weekend. There are 2 dining room tables, a second living room upstairs with TV, fire burning Woodstove, foosball a full bed/bath. There is ping pong in the garage which is stocked with bikes, basketballs to take the short walk to the park to shoot hoops or play tennis. We absolutely loved this house! Thank you for sharing with us! We had a memorable weekend with Family.

The property management company was very responsive. You cannot beat the location on the Woodlands golf course and right next to Ft. Rock Park. Great house for dogs. The main living area and master suite were outstanding. Other aspects of the property (kitchen appliances, sliding door, upstairs bathroom) need improvement.

Had a wonderful Friendsgiving in the home. We were two families with lots of space for the kids and parents to relax and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was great on the chilly nights. Overall great location and home.

We all enjoyed our stay at Grouse 4. This home is lovely and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and air conditioning. It is walking distance to Fort Rock Park. Cascara was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grouse 4. The house had a few issues when we first arrived - fireplace didn't work, vacuum was broker, thermostat had a mind of its own etc. But the management team quickly responded and fixed our issues. the house could use some updating but overall had a great experience. Our teen son and his buddy loved the upstairs loft area. They had the entire space to themselves to play video games and had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked, which is unusual for a rental house. I loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our pups. The hot tub was great after a long day of playing out in the snow! We would definitely stay in this home again!

We’ve stayed at this house for 3 nights and 4 days. 3 families with small kids and it was absolutely perfect! Everything u need in the kitchen is THERE! Every single room was perfect, upstairs was absolutely ideal as a kids play room. We told our friends and family to stay at this house if they ever choose to go to Sunriver. Thank you!
