About this house rental
Our beautiful home is very near Fort Rock Park and a quick bike ride to the fabulous SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) and the Village. We are minutes from the north grocery store and church located on Cottonwood. This home is perfect for family vacations/reunions and multi-family gatherings. Great year-round and with the SHARC just down the road, you can't beat Sunriver as your first choice destination resort!!
The house is mainly a single story home, with only the master suite on the upper level. For groups who do not like a lot of stairs, this is a nice alternative to multi-level properties.
All beds are in FIVE SEPARATE BEDROOMS -- NOT in living areas. There are two king-size beds and one queen-size bed, and there are two additional bedrooms each with a multi-sleeper bunk (twin on top, double on bottom, and twin trundle). Our bedrooms are set up best to accommodate 3 couples, with young children in the bunk rooms — 14 maximum. We can comfortably accommodate all-adult groups of 12 maximum.
There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor, and another bathroom in the master suite upstairs. Our garage is furnished with a heater and comfortable sofas and chairs so visitors can enjoy the pool table and foosball table even in winter. There is a sofa/futon and extra refrigerator in the garage as well. Summers can get hot, but our newly-installed A/C ('26) will make those days much more comfortable.
We provide 10 passes for UNLIMITED USE OF THE SHARC -- Sunriver's premier aquatic center which includes outdoor pools, a 'lazy river' pool, fabulous twisty slides, fountains, kiddie pool, a large indoor pool, men's and women's locker rooms, outdoor jacuzzi, dining area, and lots of room on the grass to grab a lounger/chair and shade umbrella. Passes are also good for reserving tennis and pickleball courts and using the boat launch and shuttle service on the river. A GREAT SAVINGS for our guests!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this listing and rental. It was perfect for our group that was visiting for a Baseball tourney. The boys that stayed had plenty to do and were never bored. We also ventured out to nearby parks and rode bikes to the pool with the included SHARC passes. Met our nice neighbors across the street. Felt safe in neighborhood. Only thing I would say that would’ve helped was more garbage bags (we cooked a lot while there) but we just went and bought more down the street. The owner of home was very accommodating to our group all the way up to our arrival and stay. We have many memories from this trip including playing cards on the beautiful back deck and even saw a deer passing by while out there. Can’t wait to go back next year.

The property was great and fit our family’s needs very well. We had several single nieces and nephews and so the rooms with individual beds was perfect for us.

We had a great time. The house provided ample space. However, the tvs need replaced—. So old we couldn’t even plug a Roku into them and the hot tub has seen better days. It was good for areas to store food and the kitchen was great. The washer was super small and dryer vent needs to be cleared. Had to dry out loads 3x to have anything dry. Thanks for the stay

The furnishings at the property are very well worn. There isn’t a very good number of bath towels for the number of people listed to stay. The kitchen/cooking utensils were slim. Overall the cleanliness specifically in the bathrooms wasn’t great.
