Come to visit beautiful Sunriver and stay in this great three-level, five-bedroom family home with extra sleeping area and updated features. This home is well suited for 12 people and can sleep up to 14. The home is full of windows to give you amazing panoramic views of Sunriver and the surrounding area while also giving you an open and airy feeling. This large home also features a wrap-around deck where you can enjoy a nice BBQ on the propane grill or a relaxing evening in the hot tub. Perfect for your vacation here in Sunriver!
Main Level:
On the main level of this home you will find an beautiful open area with a sitting area, living area, the Kitchen and Dining area, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath with Shower/Tub combo. The lava rock-faced fireplace is a classic Sunriver focal point.
Kitchen:
Off the living area is the galley-style kitchen that is fully equipped with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. This kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.
Downstairs:
There is a large living/entertainment area downstairs with a Pool Table and Smart TV. There are also two bedrooms: One bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized bunk beds. For extra sleeping, the sectional in the Living area with its Ottoman doubles as a full-sized bed.
Upstairs:
Up the stairs are two more bedroom and an extra sleeping space. One the left at the top of the stairs is a primary bedroom. It has a king bed and a great sized walk-in closet and a connected Bathroom with Shower.
The other Upstairs Bedroom is at the end of the open hall and is connected to the Extra Sleeping area. The bedroom has a Queen bed and Smart TV, then there's a door and step down to a room with another Queen bed which is then connected by a door and step down to a bathroom with Shower.
EV Chargers: There are two EV chargers at the home: One in the garage and one outside. Please bring your own cord and any adapters that may be needed for charging.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use.
