We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. This rental was just what our family needed as a base for a family reunion. Plenty of beds and living area for our multi-generational group. The bikes and Sharc passes were a wonderful add to the week. Fort Rock park is a quick bike ride, walk, or drive and was a daily gathering location for pickleball, kickball, and other games.

Our extended family enjoyed this house for our Sunriver stay. GREAT location and room set up for our needs.There are a few minor things in need of attention, but we would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

We tried to make the best of Mt. Hood 12 but all in all we wouldn’t stay here again:/ Pros: 5 bedrooms (w/ 2 masters suites) & game room were nice to have room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. Good variety of games. Location was good. Lots of bikes/ trailers Cons: the entire home needs deep cleaned! Filthy furniture ( chairs in living room, dining room, barstools) couch in game room has definitely seen better days. Cobwebs, spiders (4 in main floor master bedroom alone !) As we were there for Thanksgiving we made a dinner but definitely could use a better set of pots/pans ( missing lids) there were two hand mixers but only one working. No cheese slicer. Main floor master shower/ bath needs attention, mildew on shower head, space between shower and vanity doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years?!? This could be a nice home for a large group with some time and effort put into updating , cleaning and maintenance!
