With accommodations for up to 14 guests, it’s an ideal home base for year-round adventures.
Inside, the home features a bright and inviting open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, lodge-style finishes, and expansive windows that frame the surrounding pine forest. After a day exploring the Deschutes River, skiing Mt. Bachelor, or biking scenic trails, gather around the stone fireplace or unwind with a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The spacious layout allows everyone to come together while still enjoying room to relax.

We found the unit very functional, clean and convenient to other Sun River activities. The new outside grill was great and the bikes were great. However, there are a few issues with the unit that I would like to bring to your attention and in my opinion should be addressed for future rentals.The cold water facet in the first floor Master Tub does not work. Made the tub unusable. Very inconvenient for the younger children hygiene.One of the table lamps in Master does not work FlickersBlinds in Master bedroom are loose and are near failingBlinds in upstairs master bed fell and need replaced. We put back up. Game room TV was hard to get going and would have been nice to have streaming services Toilet in master bath needs maintainence. The water continues to run and is difficult to stop. Must jingle handle to engage water stop. The biggest problem was the Hot Tub became cloudy toward the end of our stay. We checked the chlorine dispenser , however, it wasempty and it didn't appear there had been any recent maintenance for water condition preformed .Big Note: The Hot Tub feature was one of the key must haves when we booked this unit. So this was very disappointing.

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. This rental was just what our family needed as a base for a family reunion. Plenty of beds and living area for our multi-generational group. The bikes and Sharc passes were a wonderful add to the week. Fort Rock park is a quick bike ride, walk, or drive and was a daily gathering location for pickleball, kickball, and other games.

The location of the house and the house itself was great. The house was not as clean or stocked with necessities as you would expect a rental to be. The kitchen floors were sticky and didn’t look like they had been swept or mopped in a while. There was only 1 garbage bag in the kitchen with no extras and about 1/4 roll of paper towels left on the roll on the counter. Some of the kitchen ware was still dirty (had bacon grease still in the baking sheet, some utensils needed to be rewashed before use). The fridge in garage never got cold. There were dirty socks, water bottles and candy wrappers in one of the rooms. Overall the house worked well for our group, just wish there was more attention to detail with the day to day use and ease of things.
