This Sunriver vacation rental is warm and inviting lodge-style atmosphere accented with thick log stairways, vaulted maple ceilings and maple hardwood floors; a wonderful gathering space for weddings, large family reunions or family get-togethers.
Large 5 bedroom, 5 full bathroom, 4 Master Suites (attached bathrooms) & Private Hot Tub & 3 Car Garage (one bay with PingPong table, etc.). Sleeps up to 14-15 (14 in beds with up to 5 children in kids room and 1 infant in Play-n-Pac). Each room is nicely appointed to carry a unique western or other theme. Each room also has a Flat Screen LED TV and many with DVD players (3 Blue Rays) and one with VHS also (kids room).
Kitchen has polished granite counter tops, knotty pine cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. This fully loaded kitchen is carefully designed to meet your cooking and entertaining needs. Two refrigerators (one in garage), two dryers (one in garage), very handy for large family reunions!
The large Great Room is designed for families to gather. It is fully equipped with a 50-inch 1080P Plasma TV on a swivel wall mount , a collection of DVDs, tapes, books, games, puzzles, and Blue-Ray DVD player with surround sound. Bring your iPod/MP3 player and plug in your music. There is a 'media input box' to easily plug in your HDMI device or music player. There is a game table as well as a full dining table and kitchen counter stool area for seating. There is a dry bar area that is also well equipped.
The back deck includes a private hot tub, a long wood table with wooden benches and a barbecue. A perfect place to relax in the warm summer sun or enjoy an outdoor dinner in the evening.
Home comes with 12 SHARC passes for Pools/Tennis. The SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Association Recreation Center has indoor (open year round) and outdoor recreation pools, 15-person outdoor adult hot tub, outdoor lazy river, water slides, tot pool, sand play area, indoor/outdoor café, picnic areas, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, tubing hill, event/meeting rooms and outdoor amphitheater.
Our home is located between Circles 5 and 6. The River is across the street.

We will be back next year. Had a 5 day stay with my family, this house is great! Note to the owner, the fan on the stove does not appear to work.

This home was perfect for four families with kids ranging from 7 to 15. Bedrooms were comfortable and there is ample common space to hang out. The kitchen was spacious and had everything needed to prepare numerous family meals. Kids loved tumbling long table. Having bikes and SHARC passes available with the home was very convenient. Kids and adults could easily bike to SHARC and Village. Owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely return.
