Cooking and eating come easy in this home with a fully stocked Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and exceptional Dining area. There's also the laundry room which houses a full bath as well.

Upstairs, 2 Bedrooms:
On the top level of this home, you will find two bedrooms. The first is on the left down the hall and has a set of bunkbeds and a balcony.
At the end of the hall is one of two primary bedrooms in the home that features a large King bed and an enormous Master bathroom that has a large jetted bathtub, separate step-in shower, and double sinks.

Downstairs:
Down from the split level entry, you will find three more bedrooms. The second Primary Bedroom is downstairs and has not only a King bed but a Twin bed as well plus a wall mounted Smart TV and door leading outside under the deck. There is an attached full bath with garden tub and separate shower. That bath is also accessed via the hall for the other two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom Two downstairs has two Bunk Beds and Bedroom Three has a Queen bed. An air mattress is supplied to sleep 14.

Garage:
The separate garage is set up as a rec room with Couch, chairs, Ping Pong, a putting Golf game and 11 bikes and a tag along for your use.

Camera:
For security reasons, this home has a video camera at the front door. No audio is recorded and no private areas are within view of the lens.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 12 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
