Please come and enjoy our home while you stay in Sunriver. Relax and enjoy the recent updates to this home that include newer carpet, slab granite countertops, a gas fireplace, new furnishings, and three flat screen TVs, don't forget to bring your favorite Blu-rays and DVDs. The Blu-ray player in the upstairs family room. Wireless internet included as well.
Have a BBQ with your family on the back deck, or enjoy the afternoon sun on the front deck. Take a dip in the hot tub to cap off the night while the kids play foosball, or enjoy a movie.
There are three bed rooms on the first floor, one with a king size bed, and two with queens. The two upstairs bedrooms feature pyramid style bunk beds with an additional pull out sofa sleeper upstairs as well. Please note that the maximum occupancy for our home is 12, that is including all members of your party. Please note that our home does not have A/C.

Home also includes use of several adult beach cruisers bikes and BMX style kids bikes, for riding the Sunriver paths. (Bike styles and numbers are subject to change and availability, bike helmets are not provided.)

House comfortable but could use some updates. Curtain rods prone to falling off. Hot tub lid impossibly heavy in tight space requiring two people to open/close it. Decks need maintenance. Cruiser bikes provided, but chains kept derailing. Bathroom soap & shampoos would be appreciated. We could have used more dishwasher pods.

Check-in was smooth, and we had plenty of room for the five of us. The location provided easy access to the Sunriver Village and to travel to Mt. Bachelor. Thank you Jonathan for responding quickly when we had any issues.

We really enjoyed this rental. We loved the design of the house and the skylights. It was super cozy near the fireplace and the kids loved the stairs to the play zone upstairs. There were plenty of comfy spots to sleep and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It was about a 10 minute walk to Fort Rock Park. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We had a great time staying at Johnathans home. It was perfect for three small families. We had space fir the adults to hang out at and for the kids. What made our stay even more special was that it snowed that weekend so it made the location so beautiful. There were however some minor aesthetics that should be fixed. First, there were some rails on the stairs that weren't stable which made it worrisome for my toddler to go up and down on his own. The picture frame by the stairs wasn't too secured. Lastly the bunk bed in the bedroom on the right was wobbly, my friends son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. I think once these gets fixed more renters can enjoy the space.

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house was nice since we were a group of 3 couples and 4 kids. The kids got the upstairs while each couple had their own room downstairs. We’ve stayed several places in Sunriver and this location wasn’t bad but is right off of one of the main roads so there was some street noise and lack of privacy while out on the back deck. The house had a hottub and provided bikes which was nice but it wasn’t as stocked as other rentals we’ve had in Sunriver. For example, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided or paper towels. I understand that those things aren’t required but it would have been nice.

Jonathan, the property owner was prompt in all correspondence. He was very honest about the accommodations as we were wary of potential hot temperatures and no air conditioning. Fans are provided and temperatures cool at night so he had recommendations for keeping the house at a comfortable temperature. This was perfect for us. It is close to so many activities and destinations. It had everything that we needed. We felt that the carpet needed cleaning to meet an excellent standard. Two of the outdoor chairs had welds that were broken on the right arm.

Jonathan was quick to respond to questions or concerns. We came to Sunriver/Mt. Bachelor for part of our spring break. It was a great location for spring skiing (Mt. Bachelor) but was also great for bike riding along the paths around Sunriver. The house was spacious; more than enough room for a family of 5. We spent a great deal of time in the hot tub, so that was a great added feature to the home.

While we arrived to a cleaning schedule mishap, the owner responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. House had all the basics covered and kids enjoyed the loft with foosball (air hockey puck was missing). TV was very basic SD cable, bring your own Firestick/Roku etc. if you want better content. Overall enjoyed our stay and happy the weather was great for several bike rides.

We had a great time! The home was clean except the stand up showers had a disgusting amount of mold. (Yuck!)There are three bathrooms but we could only use one due to the state of the others. The house would be nice if the owner would replace the stand up showers.

We were a group of 5 older cyclists and the house worked well for us. We each had our own bedroom. The owner was always responsive in a very short time and was accommodating to changed we made.

Owner was very good to work with, location was great, but supplies (garbage bags, batteries for controllers, paper towels) were non existent. Had to contact to find dvr that had been put in a closet, have garbage bags and batteries dropped off. Cleaning team should have made sure all those things were done before hand. Great upstairs for kids. Downstairs living area and kitchen were small for a large group. Owner was extremely good to work with, answered right back when we got there and ran into problems. Would stay again with a smaller group.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay even with COVID limitations. Jonathan informed me early that the previous renters were rough with the house and that they were doing extra cleaning. We arrived to a very clean home. Kitchen provided the essentials needed for a family. Nice bbq, hot tub and good location, close to pool and village. Bikes were nice to have, a bit used but good enough for our purposes. Good communication and good stay. Would certainly rent from Jonathan again. Thanks!

Bikes in shed were awesome and fun for all of us. Bedrooms are quite small, and pillows could use some updating. I’d advise to bring your own. Great location and easy access to everything. Large deck was great for our group, and we enjoyed every meal outside! Floated the river, hiked, played pickle ball, rode bikes, relaxed with family! Thanks for the memories!

We had my husband, myself, our grown kids and their kids all staying together at this home and while we spent a lot of time away from the house it was a perfect place to come “home” to and gather. Plenty of room for all, entertaining things for the kids to do and the hot tub felt great! The owner is very nice and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family had an awesome stay in this house. The kids loved the foosball and air hockey tables, and of course the sharc passes were a huge bonus. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and hanging out on the back deck at night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed cooking for 12 people. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our trip to Sunriver and the house was a great fit and location for our extended family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there were plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Since it cooled off in the evenings, we didn't miss AC. There were fans to circulate the air and we spent most evenings out on the back deck.

This property was pretty nice. The cleaning staff could be better, we found a few things that house keeping missed. 1 we saw right away and management called house keeping and they came over right away to take care of, the other 2 things were found during our stay. The house itself was set up nice and worked well for our family members. The hot tub was nice!

We appreciate being able to rent the house for a family vacation but the house was smaller and dated more than we expected. There was multiple yellow jackets that kept getting in somewhere and were in the children’s bunk rooms both days and we had to keep killing them. The Tv’s only got a few channels, one of the burners on the stove didn’t work and 1 of the kids punctured their toe on a carpet tack on the staircase. The deck and hot tub were great and it was nice that there were some toys for the kids and a space for them upstairs. We did appreciate that the kitchen was fully stocked and the fridge was nice and clean.
