The modern kitchen is thoughtfully arranged for vacation living, whether you're preparing a family dinner or simply gathering for coffee before heading out for the day. A spacious dining area gives everyone room to come together, while the cozy breakfast nook is just right for quieter mornings and planning the day's adventures.

The primary king suite feels tucked away from the rest of the home and includes a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub beneath a skylight, a walk-in shower, and private deck access.

Downstairs
The lower level is especially well suited for families and larger groups. It includes a king bedroom, a bunk room with three bunk beds and two twin beds, and a queen ensuite with a walk-in shower. A shared full bathroom serves the king bedroom and bunk room.

When you're ready for a little friendly competition, head to the garage for ping pong or pool. From there, grab one of the bikes and explore Sunriver's miles of pathways before returning home for grilling, deck time, and a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
