After a day of biking, hiking, or exploring, it is an inviting place to settle in, share stories, and enjoy a little time together.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to family dinners, while the nearby dining area keeps everyone gathered around the table for meals, games, and conversation.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Head a great stay. House was very clean. And perfect spot to celebrate 60th birthday’s of childhood friends.

We had a great stay in Sunriver and the house is in a good location. The home worked really well for accommodating 2 families with varying ages of kids (from littles to teenagers). The house is a little outdated, carpets a little grubby and the water system is so loud that every flushed toilet can be heard throughout the lower bedrooms. Not as well stocked in the kitchen as others we have stayed in. Overall, it’s pretty much what we expected due to last-minute booking.
