Red Fir 20 has the unique feature of having a completely separate dwelling apart from the main home. On top of the 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, there is an over-the-garage hangout room with 2 Queen beds and a twin daybed with trundle plus full bath and mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker.

The Home
Main Floor:
Welcomed by an entry hall, straight ahead you'll find the Kitchen with a butcher block counter area, a full set of stainless steel appliances, easy access open shelves above the counter, a dual sided sink, and plenty of natural light.
Looping to the left is the dining area with built-in bench for the table plus a sliding glass door for quick access to the deck featuring both a propane BBQ AND Blackstone grill. To the left again is the living are with a gas fireplace, sectional couch and stressless chair. Also included for your convenience is a wine fridge and Smart TV.
Bedroom 1:
Downstairs features one bedroom with a King bed and a full bath just a step into in the hallway.
Laundry:
The full-sized stacked washer and dryer and in a separate room with a door that leads outside with a walkway to the Hot Tub and the Over-the-garage room.
Upstairs:
One the second story you'll find two additional bedrooms and a second full bath.
Bedroom 2: A Queen bed with hanging lamps over natural block nightstands. There's a walk-in closet for your clothes and luggage plus extra blankets, pillows.
Bedroom 3: Two twin over twin Bunk Beds give the house sleeping for 4 more.
Full Bath: A single sink vanity plus a Shower/Tub combo.
Outside:
Off the main house is an expansive deck with two tables, the propane BBQ and Blackstone grill. A privacy wall keeps the Hot Tub a place to truly relax.
Over the Garage:
At the bottom of the stairs is the garage itself with Bikes and Ping-Pong. Up the stairs is a large hangout room with two Queen Beds and a Twin daybed with trundle. There's a Smart TV plus Mini-Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker so the fun never has to end. A Full bath with single sink and tiled shower complements the area.
Location:
Located on the South Eastern side of Sunriver, Red Fir 20 has quick access to both SHARC and The Village at Sunriver with all of its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Plus, the bike path is nearby for you to head out on the trails and explore Sunriver.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf
Pet Policy:
This home allows up to 2 pets per stay. There is a fee of $20 per night per pet.
Smoking Policy:
All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking of any kind inside the vacation homes or condos. See our Terms and Conditions for the full Cascara and Sunriver No Smoking policies.
Things of Note: This home does sit near the railroad tracks located outside of Sunriver on the East. The track is a freight line with no schedule so it's never known when it will come through

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
