This home is set up as reverse living with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower lever and a spacious open concept upstairs with kitchen, living and dining. 10 Steps to get into the home which is a split level entry.
This comfortable Sunriver home, with its private hot tub, fireplace, and tasteful interior, will give the whole family a vacation to remember! There is a 55" Smart TV for watching your favorite DVDs, a stereo to enjoy music, and a wood fireplace to make you feel cozy during the winter and on cool summer nights. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and the Bunk Room has a set of bunkbeds as well as full sleeper sofa, topped off with an Xbox 360 with several games. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Stools at the counter allow for closer company. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit six (two more with chairs pulled up to the ends) so that everyone can enjoy a meal together. And for the little ones, a Pack and Play Playpen is available for use. The Home is stocked with an assortment of bicycles (for Spring and Summer Months) as well as river floats. We have had several 2 family groups stay and, although a smaller home for this, they have been very comfortable and appreciated the lower cost stay by this approach!
No Cable TV is provided, only the smart TVs with Internet connection.

Just walk across the street to the SHARC (eight passes are provided to be used on the day you arrive and each day before you leave) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River. Go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, or play golf on two different championship courses! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away, is home to countless local species, and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights. We direct guests to the websites for hours of operation of the local amenities. FYI, the local golf courses are private at this time and not available for our guests but there are other great courses in the Bend area.

* We Require that a Lease be Signed through Our software at the time of your booking, The lease and deposit are required to enter the home.
* We Personally Require a $500 Security Deposit (Hold, not charge, on your Credit Card through our merchant).
* No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property (Local Law)
* No Animals Due to Owner's Children having Allergies
* Free WiFi
* Hot tub on site
* A/C units installed in Upper Living area, Master Bedroom and Bunk Room. Tower Window unit in Guest Bedroom if needed

Lovely home, nicely updated compared to many homes in Sunriver. Great location, we enjoyed walking to the village and using the Sharc passes included. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. Very responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciated the variety of kitchen appliances available. We will stay again!

Let me preface this with, this is just our opinion... The home fit our needs for our time in Sunriver, but I would not choose to stay here again. We have been coming to SR every summer for 27 years and even though many of the homes are dated, we have enjoyed our stays. Replacing the carpet throughout, updating the bathrooms and decluttering the home so it doesn't feel so lived in, would improve the experience. It does not have AC which would be a welcomed upgrade during the summer months especially because it was smoky from the forest fires and we had to have the windows open with fans going during that unfavorable air quality. The home does come with many bikes, and inflatable water toys! Also well stocked with board games & books for entertainment. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, but keep in mind it is on a main road so at night headlights are flashing through 2 of 3 of the bedrooms. Right across the street from SHARC which is convenient and very close to the village. We did miss a coffee table upstairs and a side table or two out on the deck. Overall, it easily fits 8 people and you're in Sunriver for a good time!
