We enjoyed our stay so much at this VRBO. We had a slight issue with the door code and the master shower but the manager was very prompt in helping us out. This property suited our family of eight but the stairs at the entryway may be a bit challenging for babies or elderly. We loved the location on the quiet street and the bike paths are the best! Easy bike ride to the park and the village; you wouldn’t need to drive around Sun River if you have bikes. You can rent them there as well if you don’t bring your own. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking at home.

Nice time of year, very few children, and much quieter overall.
House served our needs perfectly, the bikes were great especially the tandem, it’s a good thing my husband is a bike mechanic because they all needed help.
If you travel with a dog , bring a child gate and place it at the only exit from the deck areas by the hot tub.
Definitely would rent again.
Oh and the beds were very comfortable.
