Stained carpets, overall many things in the house in need of repair. Breakfast was very simple and overpriced and staff not attentive.

We had an amazing room that was big enough for a family. Nice bathrooms, and beautiful views and location. The staff was very nice.

There was clearly water damage to some places in the ceiling on the second floor, and some of the baseboards were dirty as well as the carpet being old.

Dommage - a pity

The hotel is located in the centre of Le Palais - easy to reach from the port and ferry. The bed was comfortable.

The service was not up to standards unfortunately. During our stay, in a COVID-19 context, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of compliance - by the hotel staff and management - with COVID 19 minimum required procedures. The hotel hosted the watching of soccer in the lobby of the hotel with no respect with social distancing and wearing of masks by a crowd of around 40-50 people in a small location. As a hotel guest there was no alternative to going through this crowd to reach the room, when coming from outside. When we raised concerns, the reaction by management was very dismissive and not professional. We are still very disappointed by the reaction and lack of professionalism of the hotel management. WiFi did not function properly in our room (3rd floor) during our stay (one evening not working at all). The bathroom showed some leaks from the roof with traces of humidity - it needs to be repaired. The location of the hotel is very central, so it is quite noisy at times, at night, especially when Belle île reaches its peak capacity (August). Most of the above comments could be easily addressed with proper hotel management. A pity.

La chambre était super, très lumineuse et vue sur la place et sur les vitraux de l’église. L’emplacement est idéal au centre de le Palais. Accueil très sympathique et restauration excellente. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très agréable séjour en plein coeur de Palais, l'hôtel est vraiment charmant, mais dans son jus.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel, et le bâtiment est ravissant. Le personnel très accueillant. Globalement nous avons vécu une belle expérience en famille. Et le petit déjeuner est top.

Le style du bâtiment est très sympa et propre. La façade a été repeinte, très joli 🥰 Le personnel est gentil et l'emplacement est top.

Hotel situé près de la gare routière et a côté de l office de tourisme dans un rue passante mais une fois les fenêtres fermé on entend presque plus rien donc pas de nuisance pour le sommeil. Le personnel ete très gentil et a l écoute et le restaurent est très bon.
