Unforgettable getaway place with event-driven programming

The absence of an always staffed indoor reception desk is puzzling for this high-level category: You have to wait at an outdor desk in a barn-like wodden hall or call a receptionist by phone. However, considering the whole experience, that’s a slight niggle.

Felt like we were the only guests (not complaining)

Facilities, large rooms, nicely renovated property. Breakfast was really good. Perfect spot for relaxation but also some other activities.

Room was very clean except for the little basket they forgot to empty which had cigarette butts from the previous guest. I generally do not like objects like this in hotel rooms when their purpose is not clear. I simply put it outside. We arrived on a Sunday and it was not possible to have a drink or a bite except for tea/coffee. We did not manage to find an open market so did not manage to have a glass of wine on the nice terrace.

La déco des chambres, froide et impersonnelle (le sol des chambres en béton ciré...), les extérieurs en sable et gravier, très salissants

Tout. Le l'emplacement, le calme, les équipement des farm, le confort et le calme. Les équipement sur place : piscine, tennis, pétanque, potager etc. La tranquillité des lieux. Les petits + comme l'eau à disposition, les petits caramels.

Les moutons de poussieres dans la chambre, la vaisselle sale des occupants dans l'évier, le ménage qu'il serait bon d'avoir pour ce tarif à la nuitée.

Très bon moment

L’endroit exceptionnel, les matériaux utilisés, chics, classe, naturel, non sophistiqués. Très belle piscine, très belle végétation. La literie est très confortable.

Malheureusement il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre, je comprends qu’il n’y ait pas de Clim, par contre le ventilateur fait un bruit énorme, nous ne pouvions pas le laisser fonctionner la nuit, sous peine de ne pas fermer l’œil. Pourquoi ne pas mettre un fan au plafond.

Das schönes Anbiente

Wir kamen an einem Samstag um 14:30 an. Das Zimmer sei um 16:00 zugänglich, hiess es zuerst an der Rezeption. Es fand ein Brunch statt, der ausgebucht war und erst dritte Person konnte uns ein Wasser und einen Café organisieren. Das Abendessen unbedingt mit dem Zimmer zusammen buchen!!! Die schrägen Dachzimmer sind nicht zu empfehlen und sind Teil einer Wohnung mit grosszügigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit eigener Küche. Zu empfehlen für grosse Familien die das aFerienhaus mieten. Und die gesamte Anlage inklusive der Jurten ist eher eine grosse Ferienanlage. Dafür ist der Pool viel zu klein.

Un lieu exceptionnel mais un entretien des lieux et un personnel décevant.

L’espace est très bien amenagé et les extérieurs très beaux. Parc immense, très belle piscine et chambres de standing. Le brunch, en option, est remarquable de bout en bout et vaut à lui seul le détour.

Malheureusement les espaces partagés sont souvent pris d’assaut par les premiers venus ce qui rend la jouissance impossible pour les voyageurs arrivés après. Par ailleurs l’état de la salle de bain était pleine de cheveux je n ai jamais vu ça dans un établissement 4 étoiles. Nous avons de surcroît dû attendre 20 minutes en arrivant car personne n’était présent à la réception. Après un voyage de plusieurs heures c’est très désagréable. Aucune indication sur l’usage possible des lieux et aucune amabilité ce qui est dommage. Enfin la télévision ne fonctionnait pas ce qui n’est pas normal.

Très bel endroit, belles cuisines. Habitat partagé.

L’endroit est beau, les différentes parties du domaine très soignées, le jardin notamment très bien entretenu.

Les farms sont des habitats partagés. Une fois que l’on a compris ce principe tout devient simple, mais comme cela n’apparaît pas forcément explicitement au moment de la réservation de la chambre sur Booking il peut y avoir un petit effet de surprise au début.

Le lieu est magnifique ainsi que les équipements, la possibilité de se faire à manger de prendre le petit déjeuner dans le logement (farm house) avec une machine à café de très bonne qualité.

Le domaine et la chambre étaient magnifiques. La chambre confortable et propre. Le réceptionniste que nous avons eu le soir était adorable.

Piscine trop froide, pas d’eau chaude dans notre salle de bain (seulement tiède, ce qui était clairement insuffisant pour un bain). Personne pour nous accueillir au départ. Communication très froide et bien en deçà de nos attentes au vu de la renommée du domaine et du prix payé.

Le personnel très accueillant, le lieu est incroyable, bien décoré dans un cadre apaisant, tout est à disposition. Tout était parfait. Nous avons vécu un super week-end en famille, hors du temps.

Nous avons tout simplement adoré notre séjour, Le personnel est au petit soin, Nous avons eu la chance d’y séjourner en période creuse et en pleine semaine, la plupart des équipement comme la piscine étaient donc désert, nous avons pu en profiter seuls Petit déjeuner très bon Seul petit bémol, j’ai découvert à la réception de ma facture que la présence de notre chien était facturé à hauteur de 30€, je trouve ça normal de payer un supplément mais j’aurais aimé en être informé, peut être ai-je loupé l’information, mais je ne l’ai vu affiché ni sur booking, ni sur le site, ni sur place Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Un cadre spacieux et plein de charme où vivre et partager de beaux moments innoubliables.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le parc et le travail des jardiniers, la disponibilité du personnel pour planifier une belle journée d'excursion à vélo et des sorties aux alentours, le concept de la ferme et du partage des espaces communs, l'installation et l'acoustique du bâtiment du restaurant, la piscine et les terrains de jeu.

L'hotel vient d'ouvrir et il pourrait être utile de mettre un peu plus de mode d'emploi des lieux partagés: comment ferme-t-on à clé la porte côté parc de la ferme, le système de la poignée qu'on doit remonter n'est pas connu de tous, surtout des étrangers. Le mode d'emploi du four, comment fait-on le tri dans les multiples poubelles (le triage est différent dans chaque pays, donc on ne sait pas ce qui va dans quel sac, qu'est-ce qu'on peut mettre ou pas dans le composte etc...) Faut-il ranger les cousins de la terrasse nous-mêmes, ou comment les protéger de la pluie etc...
