Staff were amazing. Front desk (especially the young girl that had only been at the hotel for five days) and lifeguards were so helpful.

Two single beds kept on pulling apart and I kept falling down the middle.

this booking was perfect for our needs. Excellent location and accommodations was just right for our needs. the added use of the spa and facilities made the stay even more enjoyable . Would definitely book again.

There was nothing I can think about that was not to our liking. Cannot give any negative views on this accommodation.

Excellent SPA facilities with hot salty water jacuzzi. Welcoming and professional staff. The rooms were very nice, with a balcony each and a lovely view of the pond, they had all the necessary items needed for our self-catered stay with small children. The hotel is walking distance from the beach, local shops and an amazing bakery.

The decor of the rooms was a little dated, but still they were maintained well and clean. We had to ask for clean sheets and clean towels twice during our 7 night stay, I would have liked for this service to be provided by the hotel without additional reminders. Nevertheless, when asked, staff were very helpful and coutreous.

This was a 50th birthday gift for my husband. we were really disappointed with the view from our ground floor room. The bushes were so over grown we had no view of the lake. We were so own. we had booked because of the views and looked forward to sitting on the terrace looking out watching the birds. Unfortunately we saw overgrown bushes and chipped tiles. We asked at reception for a move but we were told no other rooms were available.

I rented 3 studios, each situated next to the other. The studios are clean, fairly spacious and have a spectacular view on the lake, each one equipped with a terrace. Parking was included and in a private lot just adjacent to the apartments. Fully functional kitchen, each apartment with cutlery sets for 4. The overall decor is nice and bright and the bed is comfortable. Shower has good water pressure.

NO shampoo or conditioner. The apts. must be cleaned by the visitors or they are subject to a €50 extra cleaning fee. While this is not a problem, there we NO cleaning materials given (sprays, disinfectants etc,.), only a mop and bucket. We had to buy all the cleaning agents. The restaurant was open on the interior to guests staying at the hotel so we took the opportunity to dine. The food itself was good. However, on the *Menu of the Day*, there were two wine suggestions. When we asked for the white wine (Chablis 2017 La Chablisienne) , the maître d’ informed us that we couldn’t have it at the advertised price (€37) on the printed menu because it was an error and told us it was $4 more. RIDICULOUS! For a restaurant to not take responsibility for its error but to demand the customer pay more is unacceptable and preposterous! I was so disgusted by the ordeal, I ordered a different bottle off the menu. 2 days later at check-out time, as we walk by the restaurant, another "Menu of the Day" is posted at the entrance still advertising the same wine at the same price of €37. See photo. Second problem- we were a table of 5 and 3 of us took the three course menu while 2 people ordered just a single large seafood plate. The organization of serving plates was terrible! The main seafood plates for the 2 people were served with appetizer plates for the other 3 people. The waiter paid no attention. As it took a very long time for the 2 people to finish their single seafood plates, the waiter didn’t clear away the other 3 appetizer plates and made the other 3 people wait an ETERNITY to get their main dish, while the 2 people with single plates were forced to eat faster and then left with nothing during the main dish serving. Absurd and inexcusable, especially considering that the food itself was of a certain price tag. VERY BAD organisation! Unacceptable for a restaurant of a certain price to be so incompetent.

Perfect as usual! We are back, it was great two years ago. We have recommended to friends and couple of them came this year and they adore it! Excellent hygiene and measures concerning covid. We'll be back very soon!
