I rate it like 3 * , swimming pool are is very common like a public bath , breakfast are very good, service in the bar very slow they are forgetting to smile , behaving like a public servants , garden around hotel isn’t maintained, my suite had a good size but not elegantly decorated, carpets in corridors are like from a cheap motel .

For the price we paid our room was disappointingly small and overlooked the car park. There were also loud central heating noises in the room. Also breakfast and parking was outrageously expensive in my view.

Location is great and the spa facilities are very nice. Children are allowed in so can be very noisy

Great spa and ocean views, but lacks the flexibility and service you expect from a 5-star hotel.

What did you like about the property? Loved the saltwater spa with warm, clean water and hydrotherapy stations. Beautiful ocean views and fresh air. Most of the staff were kind and attentive.

Poor communication before arrival, no spa access before check-in, and zero flexibility for guest requests. Rooms are small and outdated, spa has a bad smell, hammam was out of order, and the sauna is old and needs renovation.

Very comfortable stay. The front desk and every staff member were very friendly. The room and the wellness area were both very clean. The wellness area was relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. It was my first time staying here, but I’ll definitely come again.

Great position and really good pool and spa facilities. Good bar with food as well as a restaurant. Bike hire on site.

Very expensive. Did not give value for money. No air conditioning so necessary to have the windows open, but the ventilation systems for the pool were noisy all night.

Great location overlooking the sea and lovely to have the 25m sea water pool. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Everyone was delightful and helpful but we had a bad last moment when the car park exit pay machine wasn’t working and there was nobody about to help. We had got up extra early in order to leave for a leisurely drive to the ferry. It took a good 15 mins to sort this out which was stressful (even for the staff). The charge for parking should have been €15 per day which is unacceptable for hotel guests already paying a high price for the room. These things leave a bad feeling, after a very relaxing and delightful stay.

Great view, bed and brekfast but overall quite disappointed.

Location is really convenient, walking distance from the city center. The view is definitely a plus!! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast spectacular.

Our room was really small and quite basic. The bathroom was pretty old and it looks like the room hasn't been renovated for some time. Also it might be covid related but the room service menu was really limited after 10pm (cold food only only and 4-5 choices). I called the room service at 10.02pm and was told that the chef had already left. I ordered a couple of cheese plates and the waiter didn't bother removing the plastic film on top of it. Not really what you expect from a 5* hotel.

The view

We took and paid the price for a junior suite. We got suite 26 next to the bar and the cleaning storage. It’s the spot where carpet floor changes to stone floor so the whole night noise from personnel and guests on stone Floor circulating with luggage, trolleys, vacuum cleaners...Made a complaint but no action taken. Personnel only mentioned that they receive the same complaint every week! But denial at top, accompanied by polite hotel school type of responses that are not helpful but just textbook training in how to stall. We left tired. Had also dinner in restaurant. Also noisy, No tablecloth, slow service, it took them 2 hours to serve main course - apparently they forgot us in the kitchen...service mainly done by stagiairs. We were expecting much more from a Sofitel at that Unique location !

L'hôtel est exceptionnellement bien situé, au calme avec un accès directa au magnifiques promenades le long de l'eau et aux belles plages. Le personnel est très attentionné, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
