Brilliant stay in a very high quality and modern holiday accommodation.

The property is excellent! It is very modern, has high quality furniture and all fixtures and fittings are superb. It is spotlessly clean, easy to access, has everything you need and has spares of many essential items should you forget any toiletries etc., which is very thoughtful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, the only issue for people to be aware of in case they do not know St Ives very well, is that it is quite a long walk to the beaches and available car parking is not always easy to find during the height of the summer season.

Our stay was comfortable overall, but we did find the parking space quite small for our van. It was difficult to get in and out, and especially when it rained, it wasn’t very convenient as there wasn’t enough space to open the doors properly. This might be worth noting for guests with larger vehicles.

Great Place

Great location for exploring Cornwall and has everything you need in the apartment, you can see the sea in the distance with a lighthouse. It's got a very comfy bed and the decor is great.

A long stair case to get up and the apartment and the bedroom could have darker curtains as the sunshine woke us up early in the morning

The Location - far away from the city and the beaches. Not very good wlan. You allways get Off the WLAN when you moved in the flat. very steep stairs in the house. No descent stove.

The studio is actually a one bedroom property. There is a lounge dining and kitchen with a separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Very spacious. Very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There was a lovely welcome basket with scones, jam and cream, a bottle of wine, Some Cornish tea. All presented in a lovely basket. Onsite parking was great. A rarity in St Ives. excellent wifi.

It was a long walk into town about 30 minutes and the return journey is up a very steep road. There is no washing machine in the property.

Among all the places we stayed at cornwall, this was the best. mainly due to the studio itself is fantastically decorated.

Amazing and beautiful stay

It was really lovelly and the host was amazing! She whatsapped me regularly and made sure everything is fine. She was so amazing that, she also bought a highchair and a bed for my 2year old, which was just outstanding.

Fabulous accommodation within walking distance of St Ives.

The Lighthouse Penthouse met all our needs for a short break away. The accommodation was fabulous- exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. Super comfy bed. Wonderful sea views. We loved the welcome pack, toiletries and plenty of towels. A great property. Would certainly return.

The studio apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we required during our stay.

Wasn't immediately clear from booking.com website that there was 2 separate properties and what we booked wasn't what we initially expected until we reread the email.

Lovely bright and spacious apartment, with sea views from balcony!

The apartment was clean, spacious and bright, with a sea view from the balcony. A lovely welcome basket was left for us, and we were grateful to be able to arrive a little later in the day, due to the lock key box. Anne was a great host by making it clear how to contact should we need anything further during our stay. Would be very happy to return in the future, a wonderful weekend stay away.

We loved the Lighthouse Penthouse Studio. It was lovely right from the start with the welcome basket and the full details of everything required by text in the morning we were travelling there. The studio was decorated at a high standard and everything needed was there for you. it was like a home from home. Definitely a place that I would go back to. Thank you

This is a really nicely appointed, smart, and spacious place for a short stay.

Anne was very helpful, and even went so far as to put milk in the fridge for us, so it was there for when we arrived, along with a small welcome hamper with cream tea!!! Simply lovely. The facilities in The Little Lighthouse were very clean, the kitchen well appointed and easy to cook in. Parking was easy. Our special request was met brilliantly. A good stay - many thanks Anne.

The venue is just at the edge of St Ives, which has a couple of plus points. There is a lovely moor walk right on your front door, and it is away from the noise of the middle of town. The flip side of this, is that it is about a 20 min walk to the harbour. We did this a couple of times per day, and felt the benefit of it. But if you didn't like to walk, you might not have enjoyed this. Although I think there is a bus.
