We were further out of St Ives than we thought

The location was nice& quiet. The cottage was super spacious, beautifully nautically decorated and kitchen had everything one needed to eat in. We were also so excited to find scones, jam and clotted cream which made for a lovely afternoon tea..

Absolutely amazing studio flat, lots of space ,comfortable beds and sweet little balcony which i enjoyed the most. Everything up to standard, pluse more. Me and my 2 boys enjoyed snacks, drinks, fruits, Anne left too welcome us and the best coffee maker ...for coffee lovers of course.

The only thing I didn't like was very high and long stairs , very scary for children and exhausted to walk after long day at the beach.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again. The studio was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The little extra touches really made us feel welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco, tea, coffee, biscuits, scones with jam and cream, and even a bucket and spade and some biscuits for our son, which was such a thoughtful touch. They've really thought of everything too, with spare essentials like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and other toiletries available in case you've forgotten anything, which was a really nice touch. The location was good, around a 25-minute walk into town. The walk back is uphill, so it could be a bit of a struggle if you're not very fit, but there are plenty of buses and taxis available. The only slight downside was that the studio is next to a few work units, and one of them was having building work done while we were there. We could hear the builders early in the morning, although it didn't really affect us as we're early risers anyway. We're not sure if that's a regular occurrence or if we just happened to visit while the work was going on. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the noise certainly wouldn't put us off booking again. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable, and we'd happily recommend staying here.
