This property far exceeded my expectations. It is meticulously clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful. Parking out front and a quiet location. It is about a 20 minute walk downhill to the township. We were allowed to park early prior to checking in. So nice not to worry about parking fees. So many small details considered included face washers and cotton buds. Prompt and considerate communication. The apartment was so nice that after a big walk we decided to stay in and enjoy.
Absolutely nothing. The only word of warning is there is a very steep internal staircase which would be awkward for some.

It was plenty big enough for the two of us and had all the facilities and extras you could possibly think of. And those extra details that really make a difference to your stay - toiletries in case you’d forgotten. A hairdryer, airer, iron, little oven, umbrella, you name it, they’d thought of it. Super easy to check in using lock box and Anne was totally on top of the comms which gave all the info you needed and even a quick WiFi login which was a nice touch. It’s tucked away right at the top of town which we liked as you are out of the melle, so nice and quiet and we enjoy the walk. Easy 20mins downhill into centre of town. We were happy to walk back, but for those that aren’t as comfortable walking, its2mind drive down or I’m sure there is a bus to do the hill back if you don’t fancy it. We enjoyed the walk and the plus is being that bit out of town we had a dedicated parking space. Would definitely stay again - was just what we wanted for our long wknd. Oh and also a little outside space with table and chairs which we weren’t expecting ting. Thanks Anne!
No view which someone might find a negative, but I think you can’t get a view and then also have this value and space - you get the views on the walk in so I’d go for this any day, rather than a view with compromised overpriced accommodation.

Lovely, cosy apartment with friendly hosts! Walking distance to St Ives and equipped with everything you’d need!
The bedroom was slightly too bright in the morning for our liking as no blinds but nothing an eye mask can’t fix
