Just a short walk down the hill you are on Porthmeor Beach where you can access the coastal path to Zennor and just moments from the historic heart of St Ives known as Downalong. With its narrow streets and abundance of galleries, cafes and restaurants, An Marghty is in an ideal location to enjoy all that St Ives offers.

Open plan kitchen and dining room: with dining table for 4 guests just off a bright, modern kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Sitting room: Spacious and comfortable space with 2 x 2-seater settees, electric ‘log-burner' effect fire, Smart TV and rug.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: sea views across to The Island, a bright spacious room with king-sized bed, rocking chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: attractive and bright twin bedroom with wardrobe.
Shower room: modern and fully tiled with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Heated by gas central heating throughout, An Marghty also benefits from a large parking area for 2 cars to the rear and a gorgeous, sunny patio area with outside tap to wash off sandy feet and a bistro set for 4 where you can enjoy a relaxing glass of wine. Strictly one small dog only allowed.
