The property was awful. Uninhabitable owing to the cold and damp.

This property was so awful I didn't stay. It was damp and cold. The kitchen was in need of refurbishment. The carpets were dirty. The fridge freezer was not functioning properly. I have put in a formal complaint but have not had a response from the owner

Great location and stay, would return!

We loved Little Nook! it was a perfect location, had amazing facilities inside the apartment, we loved the seperate lounge/kitchen and bedrooms! There was lots of storage space available and the kitchen had lots of utensils readily available for use!

I think my only feedback would be for maybe renovation on the lounge carpet and new bedroom curtains as they sadly had mold spores on (wasn’t great with our under 1 sleeping in the room) but I’d say that was all.

Enough of what you need but can be improved.

It was a nice amount of space for a couple and the shower was good. The hosts were great for being reachable before and during the stay and parking wasn’t an issue which is rare for st Ives.

The apartment was very damp and mouldy. Clothes on the airer took 2 days to dry, the curtains and windows were always damp despite us keeping windows closed for the dehumidifier to work as instructed. It was the main downfall for us. The pillows on the bed were very flat and uncomfortable so I’d recommend bringing your own. Also the apartment wasn’t very clean, there was a razor on the floor next to the bed when we arrived so I don’t think it could have been hoovered that well. Lots of spiders around and hairs in the bath tub and bed.

The facility were good and location was good.

It could be better if u provide some facility like shower gel or shampoo. And provide more chairs so that no one have to stand up while having breakfast as facility have only 3 chairs and we were 4 and 1 of us have to stand up at anytime.

Great location, good size plenty of room

Check in at 4pm is far too late. The electric shower alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold. A potential danger. Noise from upstairs apartment was quite loud at times. Sofa bed as main sofa for relaxing in the lounge was not comfortable

Good value

Keys were left in a secure lock box making access easy. Communications prior to arrival were good. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Parking was easy. We had a small issue on arrival which was swiftly dealt with.

The apartment is a steep walk from the main area so this needs to be considered when booking. It didn’t bother us but may be challenging for some.

The resort of St Ives.

Cleanliness wasnt very good. Misrepresentation of the facilities and poor upkeep on maintenance. Very noisy and sleep disturbance experienced every night.

The location was good. Parking and garden were helpful features.

The carpets were grubby, it stank of smoke, the single bed was very old and mattress blown. The shower was faulty (it was hard to get the button to stay on).

The location was good.

I thought the apartment was a little tired and this could easily be updated. There was dirt that appeared on the window sill in the lounge everytime you opened the door. The radiators were rusty and broken. The tv cabinet was also damaged and could do with being replaced. It would also be helpful to have some information about the apartment and the area within the accomodation.

Good things - Location Parking space

Smelt of mould/damp. Even has a dehumidifier running in the lounge, so they know about this. Bedrooms and wardrobes smell so damp that the smell got into our clothes. The shower worked well for 2 days and then stopped working, you had to hold the on button for it to work. We were meant to stay for 5 nights but left early Very expensive for what it is. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend unless they deal with the damp issue.

Breakfast was not provided.

It took almost 60 minutes to gain entry because Booking.com had not sent us the Door Code!! The shower did not work on arrival and was not repaired till the following morning. When fitted the new shower only worked intermittently unless the on button was held on. No instructions were left for the new shower! Light bulb in the lounge was replaced by the electrician but a bulb in the double bedroom was broken and not repaired. The toilet flush was very poor.

The appartment is situated at walking distance from the center of the village

The appartment was very small, not cleaned properly (sand in the sleeping sofa) suitable for max 3 persons because the kitchen and kitchen table are too small for more guests. When we entered the appartment there was a distinctive humid smell. Owner suggested to go to another appartment and he would send somebody to clean. We did not see anybody.
