The host was very helpful. We arrived very late so he could not meet us in person, but left clear instructions. He recommended an excellent restaurant less than a minute's walk away for that evening. the studio apartment was in an amazing location, very quiet and easy to walk around the Roman city. parking was nearby, but we used a 24 hour secure car park about 10 minutes walk away. No aircon, but two fans available; it was unusually hot but it was bearable.
The bathroom is a looking a little tired.
