Nous étions dans une très calme . L appartement était spacieux pour un groupe de 8. Il était très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle, four, microonde, machine à laver …) et il y avait les pastilles de lave vaisselle. La vaisselle était en quantité pour pouvoir tous manger , petit déjeuner…. Nous étions à 10 min à pied de la gare pour nous rendre à Cardiff. La première supérette est à 5 min et est ouverte tous les jours .

Quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage n’ avait pas été déclenché donc il faisait 10C mais très rapidement les radiateurs ont produit la chaleur désirée. Avec un minibus nous n’avons pas pu nous garer dans l’emplacement prévu : mais dans une rue perpendiculaire nous avons pu le garer sans problème

Seaview cottage was in the perfect location for us as within walking distance to the sea and close to family. The property was spacious and the layout gave privacy within a large group but plenty of room to all get together - the upstairs room is huge! A special thanks to Tony who Quickly Came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out when unloading the car! Just a thought…. We arrived Christmas Eve and a little tin of biscuits or bottle of wine would have been a nice touch 😊

It really is a lovely property but Some areas are in need of a lick of paint and some kitchen cupboards/appliances needed a wipe before use. There was a fantastic range of kitchen appliances, however there were no instruction manuals, even for the oven and heating system so it took quite a bit of fiddling to get things to work - a simple ‘how to’ guide would be really useful.

Location, really good base and good transport links to Cardiff and the Bay. Penarth itself is really nice also. Accommodation is very spacious and well equipped. Parking for one car and plenty of o. Street parking available also. Definitely will stay again.
