Claire was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Room was decent size, comfortable bed and clean.
The bathroom - definitely needs an update. Tiny and made me feel claustrophobic. The toilet made loud noises when using water, dodgy cheap shower and couldn't fill kettle properly in tiny bathroom sink. Not well laid out and lots of hairs.

The pub was fun, easy to find and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and reassured us that they'd shut at 11 so no noise after that! Reasonably priced drinks and just overall a lovely stay!
The plumbing does make noises but it's really not that big a deal! Also, currently no food is being served but they have some great recommendations.

A comfortable night's stay, reasonably close to Alnwick.
Pub was closed due to it being early season so we were the only people there. More of a walk into town than anticipated.

Staff were friendly, had good parking
Bed could have been better, had a noisy pump in our room that turned on when using toilet and shower. Need to be aware of the bar/music noise quite loud
