About this apartment rental
PLEASE NOTE: Currently rental prices are significantly discounted for 2026 ONLY due to temporary external works with scaffolding & mesh which restricts our usual exceptional views. Our balconies are also temporarily restricted access for 2026 for H&S reasons. The parking is currently available on an open basis. If your looking for a luxury apartment on the river at a cheap price now’s the time to book!
Marinus was built as a Cowes premier waterfront apartment complex and is located next to Shepards Wharf Marina. You won't be disappointed by this stunning apartment. Arrival times are 16:00 and departure time is 10:00. We will do our best to accommodate you outside these times but this depends greatly on other bookings and our cleaning service provider. Late arrivals can also be accommodated by use of a key lock box.

The apartment is situated on the first floor (with lift serving only 3 properties - each with private landings). Situated at the front of the south wing the apartment has 2 balconies north & south to ensure that you catch all the sun but have shade as well - Your choice!
Our panoramic sea and medina river views ensure that you can see all the activity which never stops. There's activity on the river from early morning to late at night. Pull up a chair and just watch the action.
The apartment has a master zip & link bed with en-suite, a further twin with large fitted wardrobe and in the third bedroom a small double with single above. The en-suite has a large shower suitable for the elderly and has an optional hand hold for safety.
All rooms (except the bathrooms!) have sea, river & marina views, are light and airy with quality furnishings. Large double glazed floor to ceiling windows feature the whole front of the apartment. You can even cook whilst watching the action.
Our kitchen is fitted with top rated Bosh appliances and is fitted to a high standard throughout with a comprehensive range of kitchen utensils to suit all family needs. New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring.
Our bathrooms are smart and modern, with large showers in both the master and main bathrooms. Both recently refurbished for with luxury vinyl plank (LVP) designer flooring in complementary grey oak effect.
Your car can be parked in our private reserved gated parking area which is situated just below the apartment, Other free local parking is available in on-site visitor spaces or unrestricted local roads.

A well presented apartment, that has Comfortable furniture to take in the amazing views of the marina. The main Bedroom is spacious and comfortable and has a ensuite shower. We had a a very comfortable stay in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone if you want to come and stay in this apartment to chill out in.

A lovely quality apartment with a great view of the marina . Handyman nearby if any problems occur . Friendly and helpful owner, who accommodated us with early check in time .
