When I booked, I specifically requested late check out. I was only told a few days before the booking this wasn't possible. Due to family traveling from various locations this would have been helpful

The property was lovely with everything you need. It has a quirky layout for a larger group booking as you have the house and an annex which means you end up with two kitchens and hot tubs. We found this really useful as it gave us more flexibility and space. One of my friends had a suggestion about changing the fence in the garden so it could open out when larger groups booking. The garden is secure and isn’t overlooked. The area was relatively quiet and close to some lovely walks and the beach. The decor is stunning and very well thought out would definitely stay again.

I would have liked better communication from booking - we requested early booking but didn’t get clarification on this until we received check in information. This then had an additional charge attached. It would have been helpful for this to be included in booking. I also had to chase them for check in information and additional questions. These are just niggles rather than serious issues.

Quiet area not far from the New Forest

Very tired , not as clean as it should have been . Hot tub grime around edge . False eyelashes found on dressing table and in shower . Annexe building very dark . Needs refreshing everywhere.
