Great location. Very helpful host
The weather was very hot and the bedrooms small. The windows did not open very wide (presumably for security reasons) so it was difficult to stay cool

Location very good. Access excellent to local shops and near to supermarket. Good basement room.
Advertised in many sites as having 4 bathrooms. It has 3 small shower rooms and additional toilet. 1 tap was faulty, spouted a jet of water across the room, hitting the wall and puddling on floor. Property garden was overgrown. No handrail at the top of steep stairs until 4th step down. En suite bedroom on ground floor has 'broom cupboard' sized facility for hanging clothes, with items of utility occupying space.
