Beautiful Home, Free Parking For Large Groups Sleeps 10 Book Now!

Nice sized house with plenty of rooms for us (extended family of 6). It seemed fairly recently refurbished and in good condition. Private car parking available. The outside space is neat and tidy and would be good for kids in the summer. My boys threw a rugby ball around while we were there. The house is well placed for access to Beaulieu and many other New Forest towns and attractions. It is close to several convenience stores (2 min drive to Tesco Express) and lots of takeaways. A larger Tesco is about 10 minutes away in Hythe. Less than 10 minutes the other way you are at the seaside at Lepe.

It could have been cleaner. There was lots of dust etc on surfaces and floors. Edges of rooms etc. shower room and main shower also needed more attention in cleaning. The house was freezing when we arrived as downstairs was set to 9c and upstairs seemed to have been unplugged by a previous guest. Once we got that working it soon became nice and cosy. The kitchen could do with a few more bits of equipment for people wanting to cook. Larger oven trays, chopping board and some more utensils but we muddled through. Many people don’t want to cook in which case it would suit them just fine. We wouldn’t say it was suitable for 10 guests as, while there are plenty of beds, there isn’t enough space for more than 6 at the dining table and probably 7 on the sofas.

Excellent parking which was a key for us. Lovely garden even if we did not get chance to use it. Spacious and very well equipped we would book again

Nothing no complaints

Large house with modern design and recently refurbished. Under-floor heating, which was great during our winter stay. Responsive property manager. Ample parking space.

Make sure you check to see whether a separate security deposit is required by the property manager.
