Just a short walk or cycle away are Lymington’s famous coastal paths, the sea wall and the wide, open landscape of Pennington Marshes—a beautiful nature reserve ideal for walkers, families, bird watchers and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours and keep the noise levels down, especially during the quiet hours of 21:00 to 08:00.
No Smoking Inside: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Guests who smoke indoors will be charged a deep cleaning fee.
No Parties or Events: We love hosting guests, but parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Exceeding this limit without prior consent may result in additional charges or cancellation
Please note: Guests are required to sign a short rental agreement outlining house rules and liability terms. A copy will be sent after booking and a security deposit is required for all bookings, except for reservations made through Airbnb.
