Guildford Farmhouse consists of a dining room with dining seating and woodburning stove, an open-plan living space with AGA oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating, breakfast bar, woodburning stove, and Smart TV, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 2.8 miles, pub in 0.7 miles, and river in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Town: Ryde, fondly known as "The Gateway to the Island", is the largest town on the Isle of Wight and became popular as a holiday destination in the 1820s. Today, the regular ferry, catamaran and hovercraft services make this lovely resort accessible for all. There’s so much to see and do, catering for all ages and interests within the town and local area including a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the 6 miles of super, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing. Along the esplanade there are bowling greens, tenpin bowling, putting greens and children’s rides as well as a boating lake and paddling pool. With many other attractions within easy reach, Ryde provides a superb base for touring this picturesque island.
