Good breakfast, spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed. Easy to access from the A9 and very central to access restaurants in Kingussie.

This was reasonably priced, with a nice 4 poster bed and a free standing bath in room. Looked very nice. Parking included and a really great location.
On arrival door was locked and no answer on doorbell. Eventually knocked and someone let us in. Shown to our room, and the toilet which was across the hall from our room, meaning we had to pass other people's rooms if we wanted to use it in the night. Not impressed with this and certainly not clear when booking. The room was a little cold and I put the radiator on, but it only heated the bottom inch as it clearly hadn't been bled for a long time. Plug socket was coming away from the wall which didn't feel safe.
