I stayed at MAMASAM Treehouses and Cabins from November 11 to November 25 and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent, right on the lively party street in the Tulum hotel zone, while the property itself has a pleasant jungle-style atmosphere. It is within walking distance of the beach, clubs, and restaurants, and there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is very convenient for longer stays. The staff is a clear highlight. Jorge at the reception is kind, dependable, and welcoming. Gabriela is friendly, professional, speaks good English, and manages communication efficiently via WhatsApp. Service feels personal and well organized. I stayed in Dome 4, which had a wonderful view. Breakfast was healthy and homemade, especially the yogurt with granola and berries. Dinner options were good, with the shrimp dishes and empanadas standing out. The staff throughout the property was consistently warm and helpful. The hotel is reasonably priced compared to many other places in the area and works very well for longer stays in the Tulum hotel zone.

As with most places in this part of Tulum, mosquitoes can be an issue due to the jungle environment. Guests should come prepared with proper mosquito repellent. Thank you to the entire team for a pleasant stay
