    The place is amazing. Location is great besides local shops, cafes and restaurants. Daniel, Sofia, Erick, Carlos, Ismaeel the whole staff are friendly and professional. Room is clean and has AC working good. The beach is great little seaweed as they remove them. The food and drinks are amazing and delicious. Would come again

    Highly recommend Alaya. Beautiful place, great atmosphere, and everything felt easy and well organised. A special thank you to Daniel, our concierge. He was amazing, incredibly helpful, and always sorted out whatever we needed, from bookings and reservations to any small requests. We felt genuinely taken care of and we will definitely be back.

    a beautiful location, on a very tranquil bit of tulum beach. service was a little sporadic, but nothing bad. I found the included breakfast to be weirdly flinty for the price point, for example being able to have either ham or cheese in your omlet, but if you want both you have to pay extra... it just seems pointlessly parsimonious given what the rooms go for. also bring bug spray, you will need it

    I had an amazing experience with my family at Alaya. It's perfectly located, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping on the main road, but far enough to avoid the noise from nightclubs and beach parties. The staff is simply amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Will definitely come back.
