Everything was great, room was clean, easy check in and out. Only downside is if you get any towels dirty (with marks that will easily come out in a wash) they charge you for it. Are they not washing towels in between uses anyway? Other than that was a lovely stay. The cook at the snack bar was excellent.

The room was gorgeous in my opinion. The layout was great.
Even though we didn't use the pools on the site, the pools were amazing aesthetically and just brought a sense of calmness immediately for our vacation.
I was very disappointed in myself that I didn't use the hammocks pools or gym but we made extensive use of the room and the morning breakfast was amazing.
This hasn't happened to me before, but please make sure that you have your phone working when you get into Tulum and you ask a taxi to take you to this place. My phone ran out of battery and I didn't quite have the address no one seemed to know where this place was whether that was part of the scam to get more money out of you the taxi ride turned into a joyride that felt like it was going to be a life or death situation late at night when we arrived. Other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel for its staff the food the ambience location and culture around it. I will try to be back
