    The pros: very large room and bed, fridge in the room to store water / baby milk was very useful, hammock in bedroom, decent price point for the facilities, very clean throughout the property, nice garden landscaping and swimming pool area, ability to store luggages, good cafes and restaurants in 10-15 min walking distance, decent breakfast, short drive to cenotes and lagoon The cons: swimming pool not heated (water was quite cold), mosquitos in the evening due to surrounding forest/jungle, breakfast starts a bit late for early risers (8AM) Overall the stay was very positive and would recommend and stay again when returning to Tulum

    its a cosy hotel if u have a car u can enjoy the area easily sofia was really helpfull all the time thanks a lot
