    Had a nice time staying here but unfortunately got what was probably the noisiest room on property bordering a main road, could hear cars all night until about 12am. Only other issue was the window from the main floor looked straight through the apartment to our main bedroom so had to keep an interior door to the bedroom closed for privacy (? A curtain or blind could be put up?) Staff were so lovely, continental breakfast is light but nice, coffee isn't amazing so we bought our own. Bed was comfy and bathroom really lovely. I suspect the apartments (that's what they are) would serve great for a longer stay. Pool area small but nice, some restaurants within walking distance (5-10min) but relatively expensive westernised ones, more authentic are found further away and required a hire car which was fine. Very safe area. All in all I think it was a 3-4 star stay with even better staff. I would consider staying again!

    Had a great stay at Zereno. Beautiful decor and love that private lotto pool for the kids. Nice healthy fruit breakfast too. Daniel at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and great suggestions on what and where to go. 10/10.
