    Me gustó *la atención de todo el staff fue muy atenta y servicial. *lo más destacado para mi fue q me coniguieron unos "cero humedad"que son un producto q ayuda a disminuir la humedad y el olor del ambiente húmedo. Ya que aunque mi habitación tenía ventilación y buena luz natural aún había humedad moderada diría yo. Así que fue maravilloso q me ayudaran con esto. La habitación disminuyó el olor y la humedad considerablemente. *la habitación 14 muy amplia. El colchón King size cómodo. Almohadas cómodas. Las sábanas y toallas muy buenas. La ventana abría fácil. Las cortinas eran muy oscuras para q no pase la luz en el día. Y si abría las cortinas entra muy buena luz a la habitación. El aire acondicionado funciona excelente. Los dos ventiladores del techo también. Había una pequeña refri q funciona muy bien. Un calentador de agua para hacer café o bebidas calientes q también funciona bien. Abajo en recepción había café caliente y te a disposición además de un botellón grande con agua fria caliente y al ambiente para rellenar las botellas de agua. Había agua bien caliente y fría para bañarse. La ducha tenía una presión de agua espectacular. La televisión tenía Netflix y Disney + q si funcionaban. El ruido de afuera era mínimo. Me limpiaban la habitación diario y en general el hotel se veía bastante limpio. *la ubicación es muy conveniente para estar cerca a ADO q esta diagonal a unos 3 minutos a pie y a otros buses tipo van q te llevan a playa del carmen, pto aventuras, carrillo puerto, etc. Q están a 1 minuto casi frente al hotel. Hay muchos restaurantes bares farmacias y minimarkets alrededor. Para ir a la playa estas a unos 15 minutos en bus pero debes caminar unos 10 minutos para agarrar la van. O en bicicleta creo q seria mejor por el tráfico si estas en temporada alta. *el precio fue de las habitaciones en hotel más económicos q pude encontrar. *el wifi funcionó excelente durante mi estancia que fue de 7 días del 26 de diciembre al 2
